Partner Sales Manager

As a Partner Sales Manager, you will be Servebolt’s main point of contact for all Resell Partners. In this role, you will be focused on developing relationships with these partners to, in turn, grow their billings from selling Servebolt’s services. This is a highly diverse role; from bringing on new Servebolt partners to helping them close strategic deals, you will be involved in all of it.
The partner ecosystem is a priority for Servebolt’s business and has been growing steadily since Servebolt’s inception.You will be managing relationships with young, energetic and ambitious partners. Our partners include web development agencies, SEO agencies and CRO agencies.
Your responsibilities will include
Create long term agency relationships leading to increased, sustainable business
Joint efforts with partners to identify and qualify revenue-driving activities and strategies
Understand and articulate KPI’s to drive partner activity in the desired direction
Provide enablement to new and existing partners; meaning you will ensure their knowledge on Servebolt’s solutions is at an optimal level at all times
Contact prospective partners with the goal of expanding the partner base
Qualify new partner inquiries
Develop business and marketing plans with partners
Understanding Servebolt’s value proposition and services in order to articulate them to partners
Increase number of avid Servebolt users within the existing partner ecosystem
Drive product and service adoption among partners
Work with other teams to enhance the partner experience further
Deliver against revenue goals aligned with Servebolt’s quarterly objectives
About the team
Servebolt’s sales team will be the revenue driving unit within the wider organization and works together with all other departments. At this very moment, we are starting to build this team, presenting you with the opportunity to be there to help build it from the ground up!
About you
As a Partner Sales Manager, our partners’ success will, for a large part, depend on your performance. As the main point of contact for partners, it’s important that you are a strong communicator and that you understand that responsiveness and attention to detail are absolutely key to being successful in this role.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in technology sales
Experience with both selling direct as well as through channel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Grit - we are a startup! Growing at more than 50% YoY is not for the faint of heart
Organizational and time-management skills
Native level in Norwegian*
Fluent English at full professional working proficiency
Extra’s that would make us thrilled
Experience at companies that operate a recurring revenue model (e.g. SaaS providers)
Experience with WordPress and/or WooCommerce sites
(Full) professional working proficiency in any other language
