Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO/PPC)
We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help accelerate Servebolt’s growth across paid media, SEO, and affiliate channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-rich environment and is passionate about optimizing performance across the entire funnel: from the first click to conversion.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll collaborate closely with content creators, developers, and our sales team to ensure our digital campaigns are not only well-executed but continuously improved. You’ll play a hands-on role in both the strategy and execution of Servebolt’s paid campaigns, organic visibility, and affiliate program performance.
If you’re someone who blends creative thinking with analytical precision, and gets excited about uncovering growth levers, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
Actively participate in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other key platforms.
Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
Create audience targeting strategies, refine keyword targeting, and test new bidding approaches.
Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and relevant platforms.
Analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Quality Score, etc.), generate insights, and deliver clear, actionable reporting.
Search Engine Optimization
Conduct ongoing keyword research, gap analysis, and competitor audits to refine Servebolt’s SEO strategy.
Support both on-page (meta data, internal linking, content structure) and off-page SEO (link-building, partner outreach).
Run website audits to identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with the Dev and Marketing teams to resolve them.
Monitor performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and GA4, and contribute to strategic growth recommendations.
Affiliate & Partner Channel Support
Assist in managing Servebolt’s affiliate program, including partner onboarding, asset creation, and performance tracking.
Identify potential new affiliate opportunities and support outreach campaigns in coordination with the marketing and partnerships team.
Ensure affiliate channels align with broader campaign goals and branding consistency.
Campaign Operations & Optimization
Maintain campaign documentation including optimization logs, pacing reports, and testing plans.
Perform weekly QA checks, tracking code validations, and lead form tests across web properties.
Assist in preparing monthly reports for leadership with insights and performance summaries.
What You Bring
3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or PPC (agency or internship experience welcome).
Demonstrated ability to manage performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Google Ads Certification in at least one area (Search, Display, or Performance Max).
Understanding of key digital KPIs: CTR, CPC, ROAS, and Quality Score.
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and campaign reporting best practices.
Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to interpret and communicate data trends clearly.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple campaign components at once.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn or Facebook Ads Manager.
Prior work in a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and a working knowledge of HTML.
Previous involvement in managing or supporting affiliate marketing programs.
