Partner Sales Account Manager
At Servebolt, we partner with leading digital agencies around the world to deliver the fastest and most sustainable web hosting infrastructure. As a Partner Sales Specialist, your mission will be to develop and grow strategic partnerships with agencies and solution providers, empowering them to build exceptional digital experiences for their clients, with Servebolt as their trusted performance foundation.
You’ll be a key member of our Sales team, responsible for driving revenue by nurturing your partner portfolio and converting opportunities through a consultative, value-first approach. Your ability to spot growth potential, develop tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships will be instrumental to your success.

What You’ll Do
Own and grow a partner portfolio: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of agency partners, conducting regular business reviews, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring strong retention and partner satisfaction.
Drive pipeline growth: Source new business through referrals, marketing-qualified leads, strategic outreach campaigns, and personal networking.
Activate dormant partners: Collaborate with Marketing to re-engage inactive prospects with targeted campaigns that speak to Servebolt’s unmatched performance benefits.
Consult and close: Identify customer challenges and present tailored solutions. Collaborate with Solution Engineers to ensure the best fit and close high-value deals with confidence.
Stay sharp: Keep up to date with Servebolt’s product roadmap and hosting ecosystem trends, enabling you to advise clients proactively and position our value effectively.
Keep sales hygiene top-notch: Track activities, progress, and pipeline using Hubspot. Prioritize clear, timely updates to internal stakeholders and ensure precision in forecasting.
What You Bring
5+ years in B2B sales — preferably with a focus on digital agencies, SaaS, or tech services, with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
Relationship-first mindset: You know how to build and maintain trust across multiple stakeholders and love turning accounts into long-term partners.
Consultative selling approach: You listen first, seek to understand, and tailor your pitch to the customer's needs and goals.
Strong business acumen: You’re confident discussing ROI, operational efficiency, and how our hosting solutions contribute to business outcomes.
Sales toolkit fluency: Experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Pipedrive, and a knack for using sales enablement tools to prioritize and scale.
Ownership & drive: Self-motivated with a bias for action. You operate with a founder’s mindset, always looking for ways to improve and grow.
Collaborative energy: You work well with technical teams, marketers, and leadership and bring enthusiasm and clarity into every conversation.
