Outbound Sales Executive
We’re looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Executive to join our high-performance team and drive Servebolt’s growth by acquiring medium-sized businesses (SMB) and large enterprise customers through outbound efforts.
This is a high-energy, front-line sales role focused on proactive outreach, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration. You’ll engage directly with agency owners, developers, and decision-makers across industries, introducing them to Servebolt’s high-performance hosting platform and helping them unlock the value of faster websites, stronger security, and better ROI.

What You’ll Do
Own outbound prospecting across multiple channels: email, cold calling, LinkedIn, events, and more, with the goal of generating high-quality sales conversations.
Engage and educate prospects on Servebolt’s hosting advantages, uncover pain points, and align our solutions with their business needs.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking outreach efforts, follow-ups, and deal progression using HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
Collaborate closely with Marketing to follow up on warm inbound leads and run targeted outreach campaigns.
Qualify leads effectively and set up product demos or technical conversations with our Solution Engineering team when needed.
Stay sharp on product updates, competitor offerings, and industry trends to confidently position Servebolt’s value in every conversation.
Meet and exceed KPIs including call volume, meetings booked, opportunities created, and revenue targets.
What You Bring
3-5 years of outbound sales experience in a high-velocity environment (B2B, SaaS, agency services, or tech preferred).
Strong communication and persuasion skills, both written and verbal; you're confident initiating conversations and building rapport.
Experience with outbound prospecting tools and workflows, including email sequences, cold outreach scripts, and CRM task management.
Comfort working with sales metrics and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Self-starter mindset: You’re organized, proactive, and capable of managing your time and pipeline independently.
A growth mindset: You thrive on learning, feedback, and improvement.
Bonus Points For
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and sales automation tools.
Experience selling to agencies, developers, or SMBs in the tech/digital space.
Prior knowledge of hosting, cloud infrastructure, or web performance is a plus (but not required).
